Granola
Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup thin sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup pepitas
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 egg white
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 3 tbsp almond butter
- 1/2 cup raisins
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°.
- Add oats, almonds, pepitas, and vanilla to large bowl and stir together.
- Beat together egg, syrup, and almond butter in separate bowl.
- Add wet mixture to dry and stir well until oat mixture is evenly coated and clumpy.
- Spread out mixture in thin layer on parchment-covered baking sheet.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Transfer to bowl and stir in raisins, breaking up the mixture in the process, leaving chunks as desired.
Notes
Egg white can be omitted if you don’t want clusters.
Any nut or seed butter can be used in place of almond butter.
