But everything related to the culinary arts takes me 5 times longer than the laughable times people list, and it&#x2019;s infuriating digging through messy walls of text and ads just to find &#x201C;healthy&#x201D; recipes that are not, in fact, remotely healthy, or that are needlessly overcomplicated.<\/p>\n<p>&#xA0;<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"font-size: 18px;\">To help those who simply can&#x2019;t abide that nonsense, I&#x2019;ve gathered my own original and adapted recipes for genuinely healthy food that doesn&#x2019;t make me feel like I&#x2019;m denying myself and can be made with the least possible effort, compiled in a ramble-and-clutter-free fashion.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"font-size: 18px;\">I offer no backstory for every recipe, no essays for each step, no claims of &#x201C;best\/fluffiest\/most decadently delicious ever!&#x201D; and no ads. Just the ingredients, the simplest possible instructions, a mix of ugly phone photos and AI renders because I keep forgetting to take good pictures, and separate pages for notes and tips.
