Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lb chicken breast
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°.
  • Chop chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  • Whisk together flour, garlic, onion, and salt in large mixing bowl.
  • Beat together egg and oil in separate bowl.
  • Dunk each piece of chicken in the oil mixture and dip into flour mixture to fully coat, then place onto parchment-covered baking sheet.
  • Bake for 8 minutes.
  • Flip nuggets and bake for 8 more minutes.

Notes

Recommend serving with no sugar added BBQ sauce and a side of cooked vegetables.
