Chicken Nuggets
Ingredients
- 1.5 lb chicken breast
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Chop chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Whisk together flour, garlic, onion, and salt in large mixing bowl.
- Beat together egg and oil in separate bowl.
- Dunk each piece of chicken in the oil mixture and dip into flour mixture to fully coat, then place onto parchment-covered baking sheet.
- Bake for 8 minutes.
- Flip nuggets and bake for 8 more minutes.
Notes
Recommend serving with no sugar added BBQ sauce and a side of cooked vegetables.
