Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°.
Chop chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Whisk together flour, garlic, onion, and salt in large mixing bowl.
Beat together egg and oil in separate bowl.
Dunk each piece of chicken in the oil mixture and dip into flour mixture to fully coat, then place onto parchment-covered baking sheet.
Bake for 8 minutes.
Flip nuggets and bake for 8 more minutes.
Notes
Recommend serving with no sugar added BBQ sauce and a side of cooked vegetables.
