Place milk in large saucepan over high heat and bring to boil.
As soon as milk begins to rise, add remaining ingredients and stir together.
Reduce heat to low and simmer 5-15 minutes, stirring frequently to break down bananas and berries until they are blended in and preferred consistency is reached.
Notes
While milk is boiling, get other ingredients ready to go: oats/cinnamon/walnuts in one bowl, bananas/strawberries in another, applesauce in measuring cup.Frozen strawberries can be added whole. Use mixing spoon to pull them apart into small pieces once they soften.
