Ingredients

almond flour

vanilla

avocado oil

maple syrup

berries or chopped fruit
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Stir flour, vanilla, oil, and syrup into crumbly mixture.
Set aside 1/2 cup of crumble for topping.
Place remaining crumble in parchment-lined 8 x 8 baking pan and use hands to press firmly and evenly into tightly packed crust.
Spread fruit evenly on top of crust.
Spread topping evenly over the berries.
Bake for 45 minutes until topping is golden brown.
Cool completely before removing parchment from pan and slicing into bars.
Notes
Recommend serving warmed with fat free whipped cream, though it makes a good cold on-the-go snack too.
