Add all ingredients to large mixing bowl and stir until fully combined.
Line 9 x 9 baking pan with parchment and add mixture, pressing into the firmest possible even layer.
Bake for 14-17 minutes until center is cooked through and edges start to brown.
Remove from oven and transfer in parchment to cooling rack.
Cool completely before cutting into 16 bars.
Notes
Use the eggs, oats, and honey as a base and swap in any ingredients you want. Any nut/seed butter should work, and the various mix-ins can be traded out with any other toppings you prefer, or omitted if desired.
